    Terms and Conditions of Sale-----Please read!!!

    1. Title to all goods supplied does not pass to the purchaser who have not an established credit account with Brianology until full payment has been received  and funds cleared by our bank .
    2. Brianology shall not be liable for any errors or for incidental or consequential damages in connection with the furnishing, performance, or use of any products purchased.
    3. Customers without an established credit account with Brianology must pay for the goods in full before goods will be supplied. Cheque payments may be subject to clearance by our bank.
    4. A Return Authorisation (RA) number must be obtained before returning goods together with a copy of the original invoice to Brianology either for warranty claims or for returns for credit.
    5. We will charge a $10.00 fee to offset testing costs when goods returned for warranty are found to be fault free.
    6. A re-stocking fee of 10% of the invoiced value is applicable to goods returned  for credit within 1 month of the dispatch date. These goods must be in original condition and packing. We will not accept goods returned for credit  that arrive later than 30 days from the invoice date.
    7. Restocking fee: If the Buyer decides to return a notebook screen for reasons not covered by the Warranty, or for reasons determined by Company personnel after review of returned product that claim is not covered, the Buyer may be subject to a restocking fee equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of the notebook screen"s purchase price. If the Buyer"s original notebook screen is dim and the Buyer purchases a replacement screen that does not resolve the issue, the customer may be subject to the restocking fee of twenty-five percent (25%) of the screen purchase price if the screen is returned to Company. All returns must be the exact notebook screen purchased and must include all original manufacturer and serial number labeling.
    8. There will be an administration charge of $15.00 for any cheque returned  from our bank whether due to insufficient  funds or any other reasons.
    9. By placing an order for supply of goods by Brianology, the customer has acknowledged acceptance  of our terms and conditions of sale set out herein.

    You can place order to us by the following methods:

    1. Place order on our website, (you need to register and become our member first);
    2. E-mail us ( or to place your order, please quote our item No. which is avaible in our website and our monthly price list;

    Before the goods are dispatched, you must pay the invoice amount using one of the following methods:


    1.By cash or a direct deposit into our account (detail as below) through any ANZ Bank branch. Please e-mail us the deposit slip to us as proof of payment.

    2. You may post a cheque to Brianology Pty Ltd. Post Address: Unit 10, 28 Frobisher St, Osborne Park, WA, 6017 or call an appointment with our sales to pick up.


    3. Pay via Electronic Banking or Internet. Please note it may take 1-2 days before the payment is confirmed.

    We shall ship the goods to you immediately upon the deposit being reconciled.
